FOR OUR SELLERS: We recommend arriving as early as you can. We are on a daily buying budget and we accept items on a first come, first served basis. We stop offering cash when we’ve reached our budget and only offer store credit at that point. Please call the store before you come in to find out if we’ve reached our cash budget for the day.

1. Do I need an appointment to sell?

No, come in anytime during buying hours, but try to make it in earlier so our queue is not full!

2. What don’t you buy?

We do not buy jewellery, men’s suiting, children’s clothes and household items.

3. Do you accept donations?

No we do not, we just don’t have the space for it.

4. Can I change my store credit to cash?

No, store credit is not redeemable for cash.

5. I’m in a rush, can you go through my items quickly?

Best for you to come in another day. Waits can be 20 minutes to 3 hours depending on how many drop offs there are. Designer clothing takes longer to authenticate.

6. Do you buy from estates?

Yes, message us for more information.

7. Do you do refunds?

No. We do offer exchanges if the tag is still on, the item is in the same condition as when sold, with the receipt and it is within 2 weeks of purchase.

8. Do you sell online?

No, we do not sell online. Come visit us!
